This Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the “Policy”) describes the actions related to data entered by Users in the process of accessing and using the Human Intelligence Platform. Data is processed in accordance with this Policy and under the following conditions:1. DefinitionsFor the purposes of this Policy, the following terms and definitions are used:- Human Intelligence Platform — a digital service that allows the creation of personalized human-like AI employees for business process automation, as well as processing and generating multimedia content in response to User requests.
- User — an individual who has gained access to the Human Intelligence Platform.
- Data — any texts, photos, images, voice, or video files uploaded by the User and required to obtain results from the Human Intelligence Platform.
- Data Processing — a systematic sequence of operations performed with data, including but not limited to input, accumulation, storage, and deletion.
2. Data Processing2.1. In the course of using the Human Intelligence Platform, the User independently formulates and inputs requests containing certain data necessary for generating digital results.
2.2. Access to the Human Intelligence Platform may be provided via Telegram, a web interface, or other platforms. The User agrees to the data processing rules of third parties used to enable the functions of the Human Intelligence Platform. No special account creation or submission of passport details is required.
2.3. In the course of accessing the Human Intelligence Platform, the Service Provider does NOT process Users’ personal data in a manner requiring registration as an operator of personal data.
2.4. The Human Intelligence Platform uses the context of User requests (for example, conversation history) to provide the most accurate and relevant responses.
2.5. The User may save additional data to be used for customizing responses. This data may be modified or deleted by the User at any time.
2.6. All input messages and received responses are encrypted and stored confidentially.
2.7. By accessing the Human Intelligence Platform, the User agrees that anonymized statistical data may be used to improve services and conduct research activities.
3. User Rights3.1. The User has the right to input any data necessary for the operation of the Human Intelligence Platform.
3.2. The User has the right to delete their conversation history, as well as any additional data entered during interaction with the service.
4. Third-Party Rights4.1. In the course of using the Human Intelligence Platform, third-party services may be involved.
4.2. By accessing the Human Intelligence Platform, the User agrees to the terms of use of such services, including but not limited to: Telegram, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others.
4.3. The Human Intelligence Platform does not transfer, sell, or disclose User data to third parties, except in cases directly provided for by law or this Policy. Interaction with external services is carried out on behalf of the Human Intelligence Platform.
5. Liability5.1. The User is responsible for the content of the data entered while using the service.
5.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content, completeness, or accuracy of the data entered by the User.
6. Final Provisions6.1. All terms not explicitly defined in this Policy are interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation and the rules of the Russian language.
6.2. If one or more provisions of this Policy are found invalid or unlawful, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.3. This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
